 5k-All individuals interested in and able to run/or walk the course.
Location
Kernersville, NC.  race will start at the Kernersville YMCA. From I-40 Business from the East take the second Kernersville exit, turn right off the exit. From the West take the first Kernersville exit and take a left this street is Main Street. Follow Main to West Mountain Street, take a left go approx. 1.5 miles and the YMCA is on the left. 1113 Mountain Street.

Entry Fee Includes (First 150 paid runners)
Custom designed T-shirt for 5k runners, post race refreshments, awards, and door prize drawings. All this is from the Kernersville Running Club and its sponsors.
Results will posted on the Kernersville Running Club web site and The Running Journal ’s web page and Magazine also on Cool Running web page and in Runners World’s (kernersville-running-club.org)

Spring Folly 5k trophies will be awarded as follows: 
Overall: Top male and top female finishers.

Age Group Prizes For Male/Female 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,45-49, 50-54,55-59, 60-65, 66-69, 70 +

Award presentations and door prize drawings will be held immediately following the race and will not be mailed. You must be present to receive a door prize
